01 / Why now
Black Friday puts more pressure on your budget, your offers and the pages customers land on.
If spend is drifting towards the wrong products, your feed is missing useful information or your offer leaves too little margin, increasing volume can make those problems more costly.
An early review gives you time to decide what needs attention—and what’s already working well enough to leave alone.
02 / The audit
Where your budget is going, how campaigns support your goals and whether your setup makes sense for the products you want to sell more of.
How your key products are presented, where information could improve and whether the products attracting spend support your margins and growth goals.
How your planned promotions fit your margins, stock and advertising—and how you’ll assess whether they worked.
What happens after the click, especially on mobile. Does the page deliver on the ad’s promise and make the next step clear?
You’ll receive written recommendations with practical next steps you can discuss with your team or existing agency.
03 / Your business
Best suited to established ecommerce businesses investing A$5,000 or more per month in Google Ads, with Black Friday plans and time to act on the findings.
Already working with an agency? You’re welcome to enquire. An independent review can help clarify priorities.

The audit is complimentary for businesses where the review can be useful. I’ll confirm what it covers with you before we begin. There’s no obligation to become a client.
Not to enquire. For a useful review of your Google Ads account, I’ll usually need read-only access to Google Ads, Merchant Center and relevant analytics. I’ll explain what’s needed and why before you grant access.
No. You’re sending me a brief to review. I’ll reply by email, with a booking link if a conversation is the right next step.
No. You can take the recommendations to your team or existing agency. If you’d like help implementing them, we can discuss that separately.
We’ll agree the timing before the audit begins, based on the scope, access and your Black Friday plans. We’ll discuss the findings together, and you’ll receive written recommendations.
Select the timing that best describes your situation. That helps me give you an appropriate next step, including whether a later review would be more useful.
