01 / Why now

Give yourself time to act on what you find.

Black Friday puts more pressure on your budget, your offers and the pages customers land on.

If spend is drifting towards the wrong products, your feed is missing useful information or your offer leaves too little margin, increasing volume can make those problems more costly.

An early review gives you time to decide what needs attention—and what’s already working well enough to leave alone.

02 / The audit

Four areas. A clear set of priorities.

01

Account structure

Where your budget is going, how campaigns support your goals and whether your setup makes sense for the products you want to sell more of.

02

Shopping feed

How your key products are presented, where information could improve and whether the products attracting spend support your margins and growth goals.

03

Offer strategy

How your planned promotions fit your margins, stock and advertising—and how you’ll assess whether they worked.

04

Landing pages

What happens after the click, especially on mobile. Does the page deliver on the ad’s promise and make the next step clear?

You’ll receive written recommendations with practical next steps you can discuss with your team or existing agency.

03 / Your business

Is this right for you?

Best suited to established ecommerce businesses investing A$5,000 or more per month in Google Ads, with Black Friday plans and time to act on the findings.

Already working with an agency? You’re welcome to enquire. An independent review can help clarify priorities.

  • Revenue or ROAS looks healthy, but profit tells a different story.
  • You want to increase spend with a clearer understanding of performance.
  • You need a second opinion on your account or promotional plans.
  • You want to know which changes deserve attention first.

05 / What happens next

A useful conversation starts here.

  1. 01

    Tell me about your business.

Share your goals, current spend and when you’re looking to make changes.

  2. 02

I’ll email you with the next step.

If a conversation would help, I’ll send a booking link. We’ll agree what the audit covers and arrange any access needed before the review begins.

  3. 03

    Get your findings and priorities.

Once I’ve completed the audit, we’ll discuss the findings. You’ll receive written recommendations you can use with your team or existing agency.

Plain answers

Useful details.

What does the audit cost?

The audit is complimentary for businesses where the review can be useful. I’ll confirm what it covers with you before we begin. There’s no obligation to become a client.

Will you need access to my accounts?

Not to enquire. For a useful review of your Google Ads account, I’ll usually need read-only access to Google Ads, Merchant Center and relevant analytics. I’ll explain what’s needed and why before you grant access.

Am I booking a call by submitting this form?

No. You’re sending me a brief to review. I’ll reply by email, with a booking link if a conversation is the right next step.

Do I need to become a Wolf client?

No. You can take the recommendations to your team or existing agency. If you’d like help implementing them, we can discuss that separately.

When will I receive the findings?

We’ll agree the timing before the audit begins, based on the scope, access and your Black Friday plans. We’ll discuss the findings together, and you’ll receive written recommendations.

What if I’m not ready to make changes yet?

Select the timing that best describes your situation. That helps me give you an appropriate next step, including whether a later review would be more useful.
