Information you provide

Our enquiry forms collect your name, email, business or website details, business model, advertising spend range and the goals or challenges you choose to share. A campaign-specific form may also ask about your priorities and timing. We use this information to assess fit, respond to your enquiry and discuss an appropriate next step.

Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry. You can contact Curtis by email instead of completing a form. Without sufficient contact or business information, we may not be able to assess or respond to your request.

Website usage and campaign information

The website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to help measure visits and enquiry interactions. Depending on the active tags, browser settings and consent configuration, analytics and advertising services, including Microsoft Advertising, may receive technical and interaction information such as the page visited, device or browser details, IP address and campaign identifiers. These services may use cookies or similar technologies.

Enquiries can include the page from which you applied, the referring website’s origin, campaign parameters and submission time. The enquiry analytics events implemented in the website do not include the name, email or message you enter in the form. Browser storage also supports temporary interface and submission states.

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking analytics or advertising technologies may limit measurement. Email remains an alternative way to contact us.

Where information goes

Submitted website enquiries are sent to Notion for enquiry management. Hosting and delivery use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Google provides analytics and tag management, and advertising tags may use Microsoft services. These providers process information to deliver their respective services; they may operate or use infrastructure outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries described in their privacy documentation.

Storage and retention

Enquiry records are held in the tools used to manage and respond to them. Retention needs can differ between an initial enquiry, an ongoing business discussion and records relating to a client engagement. Contact Curtis for information about a particular record or to request deletion. A request may need to be considered alongside ongoing service, record-keeping or legal requirements; we will explain any relevant limitation in our response.

Access, correction and privacy concerns

Email curtis@wolfdigitalagency.com.au to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail to identify the enquiry or issue, without sending sensitive documents unless requested. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing personal information.

Curtis will review the request, investigate concerns and respond with the outcome or any further information needed. If you remain concerned, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner provides information about privacy complaints and when it can assist.
